The company has capability to provide different legal services: Court Judgment execution, Loan Recovery, trainings, Land & Property management, Research and Consultancy. As a professional company we have Professional bailiffs who execute court decisions, other orders bearing, the enforcement formula and other operations relating to their competence as their principal duties

Legal Services

Our Company has professional lawyers who execute court decisions, other orders bearing, the enforcement formula and other operations relating to their competence as their principal duties and Haring in the court.

Under legal services we provide technical advice in legal matters notably the following.

Advising clients on legal matters

RDA undertakes to provide advice on legal matters on different issues that our clients face in their daily transactions. These include land laws, land related conflicts and their resolution and other cases.

We undertake court cases.

We provide advocates to stand for clients in courts of law. As a reputable law firm, we have experience advocates that will represent clients that have sought redress in courts of law.

Judgement Execution

This involves the execution of Enforcement Order, court decisions, mediators’ decisions and Rwanda Revenue Authority enforcement order. Finally, Debt Collection and Auction of Mortgages.

Receivership and Liquidation

We carry out receivership and liquidation through permits to sell by Rwanda Development Board for properties given as Mortgage to financial institutions.

Mediation

We provide conflict resolution services that are civil in nature.

Debt Collection

RDA provides services of debt loan collection to banks, microfinance, non-banking and other financial institutions in Rwanda with the highest ethics and in compliance with legal norms and codes of conduct, as required by law.

Land & Property Management

Land Transactions

We facilitate in all land related transactions including but not limited to land sales, transfers, demarcations and many others.

Land Survey and property valuation

We carry out topographic surveys, property valuations, extract cadastral during land demarcation.
